I was excited about these shorts and their unique waistband. Unfortunately, the waist ran large for me. The bigger issue is the cuffed hem. I was excited about these shorts and their unique waistband. Unfortunately, the waist ran large for me. The bigger issue is the cuffed hem. Even brand new out of the package, the cuff didn't hold its shape and looked sloppy. It is only sewn at the inner leg and outer thigh. It just flops down or at best looks awkward, probably because the fabric is so summery and lightweight (a stiffer fabric might have held its shape better). I will probably undo the cuff or add another stitch with my sewing kit. Thankfully, I got these on sale. Disappointed that Banana Republic would charge so much with this design flaw

I tried these on in store and fell in love with them! They are so lightweight, and comfortable. I find they are perfect to dress up and go out in, or for a casual, relaxed day. I sized up to a medium, and I am 5'6 and 130-135 lbs.

I am 5'3 and 95 pounds. I purchased the petite size 00 and they fit perfect. They are lightweight and I love the shape they give me. Once again with this style there are four buttons which is the only annoying part. Also they call them pull on shorts which usually I think of something that has no zipper or buttons but it has both. These shorts also do collect fuzz for anyone with pets.
