This skirt is a real disappointment. The waistband is so poorly made that it cannot rest comfortably. The hem is about 1/4" which makes the skirt not have any weight to it and appear cheap,
Love love LOVE this skirt but if you don't want to wear it super high-waisted over your ribcage than size up. I am always my true to size in BR and should have listened to the other reviews before buying this skirt. I ended up keeping the next size up BUT wish I would have gone up another size so it sat lower and wasn't so tight. It has a clasp close above the zipper, not just elastic, so you're going to want breathing space.
