The pant is not heavy, nor super light, it is a perfect weight for all summer long. It fits so much nicer than I thought. I wasn't sure about a barrel leg, but OMG have I been missing out. I am a curvy woman with long legs (5'6 - 138lbs) I usually wear a size 4 tall, or small tall, in all banana's p...ants, but these I tried in store size 6 (size 4 would have been too snug) regular leg length and they fit perfectly. I usually have to order tall or long because all the other pants regular are a tad too short and tall is a tad too long. I agree with another reviewer that they should have made more colors of this style.
When they make pants shorter for petites, they often fail to reduce the width of the leg proportionately. That's true in this case. It's like they just cut off the bottom, not really a barrel leg, just a very wide legged pant. Disappointed because the fit was true to size and the waist was cute, ...but width of leg made them look silly on my build.

Love these slacks. They are very flattering and offer an effortless casual chic look. The only reason I gave only 4 and not 5 stars is because they were shorter than they appeared on the model. I ordered a size 2. I am 5'5", 123lbs. I wanted to keep them so bad, so I let out the hem and they are now the perfect length.

I really want to love these. Run small in the waistband and mid waist area. Had to size up making legs a bit bigger than I'd like. The fabric is amazing. A subtle barrel look which made me happy since barrel can make me look a bit clownish. On the fence. Need to decide soon for a return.

gap.comThese are definitely unique pants. I am usually a 6 in BR pants but got an 8 in these and they were the right fit, a 6 would have been too small. I ultimately decided to send these back because I knew I would be bothered by the look of the wrinkly fabric. These hit just above my ankles in the regular length so a little short on my 5'8 frame.

I returned these. I thought the rise was a bit too high, despite having a relatively long torso. I ordered my usual BR pants size but there was too much fabric for me in the crotch. The waist was also a bit too big. I would have tried a smaller size but I thought the buttons looked cheap. Flimsy / light feeling compared to the buttons on other BR pants I have.

These are a classy and elevated pant… kind of like a Jean, but not exactly. The weight is just right and with the matching jacket… perfection. They are very high waisted on me (that's why I gave four stars), I'd prefer them a little lower. I am almost 5'5" 130# and ordered a size 4 regular. I also ordered the matching jacket in XS as many of the reviews said it ran large… and it does. XS is perfect for me.
