I'm in New Jersey, warm days cool evenings…. Perfect to warm when it starts to cool down…I have never been able to tie the sweater over my shoulders. The fabric is perfect, the weight is perfect, the green is a beautiful..
The pictures for the sweater online are purposely deceiving. There is a very thick Piece of fabric on the side that acts as a tie to cinch the sides of the sweater. It is very bulky and sticks out and looks ridiculous and downright sloppy. In all the pictures online, it's tucked away or hidden in th...e back where you can't see it.

The sweater is a nice thick/medium weight that could be worn year-round, depending on layers. The neck is high but not too high. I really like the overall look & quality & hope to get good use out of it, but I am not quite sure how I will style it. As another person wrote, the "ties" on the side *do* flop around quite a bit & are unnecessarily long. I think I will figure out a way to tack them down, though, which should solve the problem.
