I bought it in May before heading for a bussinss trip. I gained lots of complains during the trip. This dress is so simple and elegant, and good for both professional and casual meetings. The material is so nice and cutting is feminine. AND I love those two pockets. Hope Banana Republic will design more cute dresses like this one. If so, I will buy more.

The style and fit are great but it arrived smelling terrible. I wondered whether it was chemicals in production or conditions in the warehouse. I very sadly had to return it for that reason.

Currently in my post partum body and this dress hits all the right notes for me. It is true to size. I am usually a petite XS, but after having a baby, my measurements are Petite S. I don't think the arms are huge at all. It's got a nice polished look but also at the same time casual vibe. It's definitely going to be included in my postpartum workwear rotation. It's roomy enough so when your boobs are engorged, it will still be comfortable. Given the loose fit, it's very comfortable for moving around as well

Loved this dress on line but they were sold out of x small so purchased small. Sadly it was too big so sent it back. Hopefully BR will bring it back or something similar. I'd also like it a bit longer as I'm "a bit" older!

Wanted to love. Length and weight of dress perfect for summer. But the sleeves look ridiculous. Good enough length, but that they are so wide as to make one look like a hapless bird is laughable. A definite misfire.

I honestly didn't think this dress was me at first but it looks better on me than I thought! I love the styling - casual but a little bit different from your normal basic black dress, in part because of the material. I ordered my normal M size and it fits great.

This looked to be a soft yet simple delicate dress. I purchased the XSP, and it was very big and boxy on me. It looked two sizes too big. The XXSP was sold out, so I'm not sure if that would have fit. I returned the dress. For reference, 4'11 and 104 lbs.
