I don't wear leather and I specifically ordered these shorts because the photo didn't show a leather patch on the back, nor did the materials state that there was a leather patch. However, once I received the item, there definitely was a leather patch on the back (which was blank and said nothing btw) and the label stated that the trim was 100% leather. I understand that not everyone cares about this, but there are people who do, so why not post that info on the site and save the people who don't wear animal products the time and energy of ordering and then having to return? If BR can mention it on the garment label, then they definitely had the means to mention it on the site. Also, the fit was awful. I am normally a 10-12 in bottoms at BR and ordered a size 8 based on reviews stating that this item ran large. For reference, I am 5'7" / 150 lbs with a thick waist and small hips. The 8 fit in the waist but the legs flared out in such a weird way. It looked like bell-bottom shorts on me, so I do not recommend this product.

Love the color, length and shape of these shorts. They're super flattering and easy to wear. I did have to size down - I'm a pretty straight size 4 and went with a 0.

The denim color fit true to size and are very nice shorts. The pineapple color literally fell off of me in my normal size and the same size as the denim. Not even sure I could figure how to size the pineapple color. Crazy that the same short in different colors fit so different. Disappointing

I'm a size 2, the 0 was massive. A miss.

Ordered the light yellow. Beautiful weight and construction. At least 2 sizes too big! Will try re-ordering in a smaller size.

These shorts have the perfect length. I have upgraded to Bermuda style shorts and these check all the boxes. The color or beautiful like a cream and the style is nice with the wider leg. They hit at the perfect length for a flattering and still classy look.

Tried these on a whim and glad I did. They're a fun cut and the banana cream color makes these feel a bit more elevated and different.
