This top was a true surprise! When I pulled it out of the package I didn't have high hopes, as it looked like a giant square. The material has some weight to it that keeps it structured in the best way, and it looks equally cute with the hem gathered or loose. It's like a perfect short-sleeved jacket to add a layer of interest, but also just a great shirt on its own. Note: I did have to work very hard to pry the top snap open. It honestly seemed defective and I was worried I'd tear it or have to send it back, but I eventually worked it open… very odd!

Loved the image of this online and it didn't disappoint IRL! On its own or over a tank or tee, the fit has just the right oversized quality I was looking for. The arms have a little more volume than expected, but work to give the piece an interesting silhouette. Adjustable ties at the waist are a cute add to the top!
