I loved the colors of the "orange mini-stripe" shirt & ordered it despite not being crazy about what looked like black buttons (on my monitor). I was thrilled when the shirt arrived: the colors are even prettier in person: muted but bright at the same time; I really like the sunset/retro vibes of t...he color way. I was pleased to see that the buttons are not black but rather a dark brown tortie, and they suit the shirt overall. I debated about the size bc/I range between an XS and a S, depending on the style. I ordered the XS, and it fits me exactly the way it looks on the model on the website. (I am 5'4"; 119 lbs; 34B). The overall length is quite long (covers my butt), though, and I can't see how I could tuck all the fabric into pants. Still, the images depicted this, so it wasn't a surprise. If you want a more "oversized" look, then consider sizing up. The linen is actually quite soft, probably the softest of the long-sleeved linen shirts I already own (comparing to J. Crew Baird McNutt; Quince; Athleta; and H&M). I consider this a great purchase and am tempted to order more!
The size is not consistent, I went one size down, i bough this in orange, Brown, and white in S, after using the orange one I realized is too wide and went down in the other colors. The white is perfect in small, but the brown is too tight. I think control quality needs to be better if the strategy ...is selling online due to closing so many stores and having so limited stock and variate in stores. It's frustrating the buying, returning when you are renovating your wardrobe and find a piece that you love in multiple colors is not acceptable they the don't fit the same if they are the same product.

gap.comThe linen is on the thinner side and the seam construction is very poor. Supposed to have a shirt-tail hem but it's straight across the front with only a very small curve at the side seam. No petite sizes, so at 5'6" with an hourglass shape, the straight hem hits at my widest hip - unflattering. Needed a white linen shirt for an event so I had to keep it. Shrinks a lot in the wash (cold wash, medium dry). Discouraged me from trying other BR linen. Better value elsewhere.

Linen has a chic image but I wasn't sure about the wrinkles. I tried this shirt in a versatile white and was surprised how well the fabric holds its shape while looking chic and classic. Yes it wrinkled but didn't look like I slept on it. It washed up well on delicate, promptly hung up and smoothed out wrinkles. Could wear just like that depending on the event.
