Last time I purchased boots from banana republic, it was 5.5 years ago… just purchased these and might I say, the leather BR uses is top notch. Highly slept on. These boots are true to size and I feel they will last for years to come just like the other BR boots that I have. 100/10

Wear size 11 1/2 and have a narrow foot. These fit, but with little room to spare. In comparison I bought size 11 of the Alpine boot and those have more room than these. But still great look with a bootcut jean and banana is on their boot game recently (in my opinion)

Expensive price for poor quality. Just noticed outsole (heel specifically) is starting to split/separate from boot and I wear these boots maybe twice a week. After 2 months of use, I wouldn't expect this amount of tear. Won't buy shoes from BR going forward.

These were a Xmas gift for my son, and according to him, the boots are great. The two-star rating is due to the way they were delivered. The boots received were an obvious return. The bottoms were somewhat dirty and there was a scuff mark on the leather on one of the boots. In addition, the actual shoe box was in horrible shape, with one of the corners being completely torn apart. Although the packaging wasn't great either (the shoe box was loosely placed in an ill-fitting packaging box), it's clear this didn't cause the damage. The crappy shoe box was literally sent out that way. Apparently there is no quality control at the warehouse or wherever this was shipped from. I even went to a local Banana Republic store to try and get a new box, but they weren't too helpful. I would have returned them but my son is pretty easy-going and didn't mind the flaws. He was happy with the boots. So my recommendation is to buy these in-store if at all possible and not online!

Love the square-toe and stacked heel. Updated version to the 2003 Chelsea boot.

I love the style of these boots, but they basically have zero arch support which doesn't work well for me. The insoles are removable, but they're tight above the toes with a replacement orthotic. Seems like that may get better when they're broken in more. Overall comfort is not very impressive for the cost.
