Don't really get the hype now that I've tried it on. The material is fairly thin denim but it doesn't move much when on, so it feels and looks stiff. For reference I'm 5'6" 120 lbs and ordered a size 2, and it still looked oddly big.

Very nice material and love the style. The only negative is the waist runs small. I would have exchanged it for the next size, but they were sold out. Luckily, my seamstress can let the waist out a little. The rest of the skirt fit well. I wish BR makes this again in more colors!!

I love this beautifully made and stylish skirt. However, it does run small in the waist and the larger sizes are sold out. I'm bringing the one I ordered to my seamstress today to see if it can be let out at the waist. I'm hoping she can or I will have to return it. PLEASE Banana Republic make more of this skirt in more colors!!!

Beautiful skirt and well made and some interesting stitching. Have not worn it yet waiting for trip south. But I will wear it a lot in the spring summer as it is very versatile. Dress up and down. Will be a good staple. I did size up that normal. Not sure if that was just me.

I got this skirt yesterday and promptly wore it today to work. I just love how stylish it is, very comfortable, has deep pockets, the white stitching detail, looks great with tall boots and think it can also be work into the Summer. Lucky for me, it runs large. I'm normally a size 4 (5'4", 122 lbs) but they only had size 2 left and it fit perfect. I know this is close to being sold out but if you are considering, it's a versatile and modern skirt!

I had to have it!!! The style , the stitching and the color are perfect. It fits like a dream !!! I got a size 6 and I am 5'8 and 126 lbs.. true to size!!! If you can get it in your size, DO IT!!! You will be glad you did!!!

Tailored fit but not conservative; business casual. The white stitching over the dark blue material gives a creative flair. Very vogue. The material is travel-friendly. Plan to get lots of wear from this.
