I bought 2 of the short sleeve version in green and beige at the end of summer in my true size M and it fit well. When I saw the long sleeve online, I couldn't resist. I bought the aperitif red (similar colorway and pairs well with the bloody orange color cotton poplin pants/skirt from summer coll...ection) in my true size M and the sleeves fit perfectly…. Long enough. It's a comfortable fit. I wouldn't recommend sizing up. I just ordered the Yosemite green after another customer reviewed it was a darker shade of green. I was sold on that. It has the feel of already lived in softness though not 100% cotton. Of course the poplin accent at the button placket is a touch of unique from traditional henleys. The appetitive red color is a beautiful hue. It's not a neon range. I'm looking forward to meeting the new green one. Get it.
Well made and beautiful color and fits nicely but i didnt like the large panel buttons, too bulky, not confortable. i am larger chested and i didnt think it was flattering on me.

Didn't care for the wide button panel until I saw it in store. The material was thicker than regular tee and slightly cropped, perfect for my petite frame. Once I tried on, the wide panel actually made it look different from other Henleys.

This is my third Banana Republic ribbed Henley. I love the shape and the little difference the buttons make in the appearance. I'm normally a size M but size up to a large in this shirt. It's a great staple that I reach for quite often.

I am 5 ft. 3 in. tall and weigh 109 lbs. and ordered a Medium size shirt. I almost think I should have ordered a large as it was a bit more form fitting than I usually like. I like the color and style but would have preferred all cotton rather than cotton 95% and model 5%. As to the general fit I found it a bit short. I prefer my shirts a bit long, almost to the hip bone.
