I've been looking for a while for a wide leg light wash jean that doesn't make me feel like I'm trying to look 20 years younger than I am. These have a clean, tailored fit that feels more mature and elevated. The back pocket size and placement looks good on the bum (what kept me from getting the ver...y similar Reformation Cary jeans was the small back pockets). Fabric is a nice weight, heavier than the Everlane Sailor 2.0 jeans I've tried. Only issue is gapping at the waist. I bought a size 28 and I have a 28-30" waist. I can easily pinch two inches of fabric. Also wish the regular length could have had a 32" inseam. I am 5'7" and they are about .5" off the ground, but for me, the tall/long would need to be worn with heels (the light wash jeans would not look good hemmed). These relax a bit with wear, stretch to about 1/2 size bigger.
I bought these jeans in black. After their first wash, they faded in such a patchy way that it looks like the pants are stained with something white throughout. I highly recommend NOT buying the dark washes, especially after reading the reviews and seeing that this is typical for them. 2 starts beca...use I like the cut and length.

I've been wearing these jeans (size 27) at least once a week for 5 months now (machine wash, air dry) and the wash is still just as dark as the day I got them! Unlike the abercrombie dark washes that completely change colour after a month booooo. They're a nice stiff jean that really flatter my body and the quality is excellent. I wear a belt with them as there is a little gapping on the waist (as expected though, 28" waist and 39" hips). I'm also 5' 5" with shorter legs (30") and they sit right at the sole of my shoe so keep that in mind if you're a shorter gal like me!

I got the grey one which is a nice wash, but it didn't fit as I thought. The fabric is a thick cotton, so it feels too heavy with the wide legs style. The crotch area is a bit short despite being high rise.

I love the cut and fit of these jeans. I'm 5'3" and 122 lbs and got the size 28. They are slimming and make my legs look long. However, after a few washes, the color now looks splotchy and weird. I bought them to wear at work because they were a dark black denim, and now I can't. They were also very expensive. What a shame.

I sized up like some of the reviews suggested but not sure I'm keeping, these jeans are very heavy. The fit is good but the heaviness I think is too much. I'm regularly a 28 and purchased a 29. I'm 5'5", 145 lbs. larger on top. Otherwise, I Love the color, I've been looking for a nice gray pair of jeans.
