It took me a while to figure out the size because I didn't want to deal with returns. Then, I remembered that I have 2 sets of the scuba sweatpants, one petit size small and other regular size XS. For reference, I am 5'2" and 111 pounds, long legs, short torso, really small waist and curvy. Both of ...those pants fits the same and have the same length. Therefore, since the size available in the crop flare pant was Petit Small, I went with it and it is perfect!! Same length as the model. I ordered the black and I will be ordering the brown one for sure. The quality is superb and it is really flattering considering that I am a mom of 2 and have a little bit of a belly pouch. Get yours while you can!! If you are ordering petit, size up.
These pants seem like they're not sure if they want to be cropped or just look like your tailor accidentally took a couple extra inches off. And I tried the petite like many suggested but I'm 5'8" and they don't fit right otherwise. Also, I agree with all the comments questioning why they're pintick...ed. I've bought other styles too so now have multiple pairs of pintucked pants and have to figure out my two favorite, otherwise I think it's a strange fashion statement on my part to have several pairs of pintucked pants.

Absolutely love these pants. I thought was taking a chance as was final sale. But was a triumph. Fit is fabulous snd flattering. I have always loved Banana Republic and have pieces that are years old which I wear regularly. As I aged and don't need work wear sometimes I don't know what suits me. These pants are so well made with wonderful details fabric snd fit.

Polished look, heavier quality fabric, and nice fit. For reference, I am 5'-3" 135 lbs. Bought a small based on size chart but waist and thighs were tight. Could have worn it as is since it has spandex, but sized up to a medium, and it fits perfectly.

These pants are just amazing. The ponte material is comfortable and hugs the body at the right places. The flare cut allows many combinations to dress up and down. Color is solid. It nicely slims your body and gives an instant boost to confidence!

Event though stretchy it still looks tailored. I had ordered a small initially, and when I went to reorder after a shipping mishap, the small was sold out, but i read reviews where they said that this pant runs small, so left with no other choice I ordered the medium, and I'm happy with it. even though my other ponte pant (that's not pull on) is a small, this one as a medium fits about the same, so reviews were correct. Happy with both pants. I was looking for city stretch (thin but work-appropriate pant...a'la New york and Company "city stretch" since they were the ONLY ones who made tall pants for the last 20 years, that you could see and try on in stores-and apparently in the last 3 years they have stopped most of there talls... I wear banana republic shorts almost exclusively but I always shy away from anyone's Talls bc it's ONLY order online, and you just never know....so, this was my first time trying and i'm happy with both. Looks like Banana Republic is my new go to for Tall pants.... These were clearance so probably thicker winter pants, but I don't see any problem wearing them in summer, and by end of summer I should be able to get some "summer" weight pants on clearance I hope. I hate untailored trousers, so I was happy with the quality and tailored look and feel, even with the pull on pants.
