These were like capri pants on me. I'm 5'10" so I'm always prepared for disappointment when buying pants, but these were ridiculously short. If they had been long enough, I probably would have liked them. They were super soft, the color was rich and deep.

Great color and wide leg. The high waist makes for a smaller fit. I have wider hips and thighs than waist but this fit is the opposite. I probably could have sized up for the waist because of how high they sit but the butt would have been way too big. Not my favorite fit.

I own each color. Tried a few sizes settled on 2P. I am 5'2" 105lb. Now need to alter. Waist is 14" I have no curves only a belly, so those with curves may want to size try because the hips are slim.

Very comfortable fabric and fit.

I love these pants, but they won't work for everyone. I'm 5'3, 116lbs, 26" waist in jeans and a 4 regular fits perfect. No hemming required. I have the Sienna wide leg wool pants in a 00 so had to keep sizing up with these. Because I'm short, I like a very high rise to make my legs look longer. I would say these have about a 13" rise and sit above my bellybutton.

I don't recommend these cords. The fit is odd; the pants are fine over the hips, but the waist band is too big and the button and other closures seem to be poorly placed on the pants. Also, the cords would be more flattering if the corduroy was finer and the silhouette sleeker. I u

These pants are simply beautiful. The burgundy color is so rich, the fabric is of a decent quality, and the cut is very elegant, feminine, and flattering. It's actually my second pair as I have the dark green ones (also a rich, deep color) too. I'm so happy Banana Republic is back to making beautifully cut, good quality pieces again! #sweepstakes

I read the reviews before deciding to give it a try. I have bought a similar pair two years ago and It's been my favourite pants. This pair is not going to be my favourite. The cut is strange around the waist and hips: my statue is average proportion, but I feel the pants too tight around my buttocks. When i put the pants on, there's a little extra flab of fabric just below the waist and above the back pockets. The cut looks so weird and unflattering that I feel like remaking this into a A-line skirt. Very disappointed.

Absolutely love these cords! Purchased 3 colours - the green is my favourite, as it's a deep, rich shade. Perfect length for my 5',5", 120 lb. frame. Waist is quite snug, which is why I rated a 4 rather than 5.
