As someone with a small torso but thick legs and large calves, I have been searching for ages for a pair of jeans that are fitted in the seat while slightly roomy in the legs. Most straight jeans fit me like skinnies, and looser cuts tend to look sloppy on my petite frame. After so much searching, I...'ve finally landed on my holy grail jeans with the 90s straight. The 25 petite fits beautifully, and the length is perfect for wearing with flats or sneakers (I'm 5'4, 120-125lbs). I've purchased three pairs so far. They do stretch out a bit with wear but for me it's just enough to look relaxed and effortless. The white seems to be a different cut as they were much baggier in the crotch than the other pairs I have (medium, black, and light), and I had to return. I may try again in a 24 petite. My search is over. Thank you, Banana!
These are not straight leg jeans. The legs are tapered and the the bottom of the leg is almost 2" more narrow than the knee. Now that I look at the photos again it's obvious. The tapered leg, baggy fit, and ridiculous-looking distressing are all awful. Three stars instead of 2 because the fabric see...ms good by today's standards.

Does not smash your bum like other straight jeans. Lots of waist room while still giving you a nice side silhouette. Very comfy. Hefty weight without being heavy. If your hips tend to go out to the side rather than out back, this may not be the jean for you.

Got these on sale - great find! They fit perfectly, and what I really like is the length - I don't like ankle length unless they are skinny jeans - I think they look like flood pants when the leg is a bit wide. Haven't washed them yet, but I hope they hold the colour. I always wash inside out in cold water, so they should be fine.

Garbage quality. Im upset that Im stuck with these. I would return them in a heartbeat if they werent final sale. The waist is huge for a size 26. Im 120, 5'6 with a 28in waist and the back sticks out at least 2 inches. The length hits right at the ankle so theyre short for my liking. The quality is worse than Target
