I really like thus dress. It is 100% cotton and very light so it would be an excellent choice for a hot summer day. The fit is generous but not oversized. As others have mentioned, you need to tie the laces very tight to cover the chest. The colour is gorgeous.

Well definitely not my favourite item from BR. I am a short hourglass figure and purchased the L Petite. This was not flattering on my figure at all, it was extremely frumpy looking. The colour is not as vibrant as the on line photos.The cotton really is paper thin and most definitely would be very poor value at full price. The best thing about this dress was the fact it has no toxic recycled materials or synthetic fabric..

Cute dress, nice light weight fabric, perfect for warm weather. However, front is so low it's 1 " below the bottom of my bra band and no way to tie the lowest tie tight enough that my bra doesn't show. Second issue was mentioned by another reviewer, if you are tall all those ties look fine, but if you are petite like I am (I did purchase a petite size) the 3 ties is overwhelming to my frame. A tie at the waist along with the other 2 is too much.

Love the lightweight nature of this dress - it'll be so comfortable in the summer. I wish the front was a wrap style vs two-tiered-knot tied, as to be more classic with less string dangling, though.

I really wanted to love this dress, but I just couldn't pass how it fitted on the chest area. As mentioned in other reviews, this dress is not designed for big breast women, it created a bubble looking effect when I tried on. I could get it to work and look normal by pulling the dress down, but that means I would have to do it every so often. I tried size small, and other than this issue, I really like the style, the fabric, and the pattern of this dress. I'm just bumped down it didn't fit my shape well.

Very pretty dress! It's very versatile to wear with a sweater and boots in the winter and will be perfect for the summer, the material is light and I don't find it too see through, but will add a slip if needed. Some reviews state the tie at the bottom is too low, but if tied very tight, the gap closes. I ordered an xl and the fit at the drop waist is good, the belt helps to hold it up.

I wanted to love this dress in person as much as I love it online (ordered the spiced cabernet). It is a very pretty color/pattern, however, it is completely sheer and isn't lined nor does it have a slip. It also runs a little big (I wear a size 10 and ordered a medium). Unfortunately, I'll be returning this one.
