These are baggy, comfortable, and versatile. Easy care. I threw them in the washer and hung them to dry, but will absolutely withstand the drier without shrinking. No color fade nor bleeding.
Look, the general direction here is a good one. But it lacks the refinement that would make it a good product. I am ALWAYS on the hunt for something with a high rise. Always. But you have to be conscientious of material management or else you end up looking like you're wearing a diaper. This is wh...ere BR failed here. The front silhouette looks good, but the side profile is horrible. You can see it a bit in the moving shots, but pay close attention to the way his hands are in his pockets. What he's doing is pulling the pant in such a way to make this look less like there's a ton of extra fabric. I am no stranger to loose fits. I wear Gurkha trousers that feature a ton of extra room up top nearly every single day. This isn't a lamentation over having extra room; it's just a criticism of a poorly executed idea. It's the difference between a good designer (who can execute it well) and whoever came up with these.

I never received my item. All I got was an email from Gap saying the following: The shipping carrier picking up your package has unfortunately been delayed. Your package has left our facility, but the order status and the estimated date of arrival may be inaccurate. So my pants are somewhere in the US. Gap isn't being cooperative either with refunds, telling me to wait another week and it may show up. That's the call center in India for you. I've been a Gap customer for over 40 years and this is making me seriously think I'd going elsewhere for my clothing shopping. There are many options.

The waistband with two items I bought could not be seen in both pictures of the pants I purchased. Therefore, I did not know they came with a drawstring and expandable waistline. I found this to be very misleading. AND I HAD to replace this purchase with two other pants that were not the same cost as the items I thought I purchased (meaning without the drawstring and expandable waist).

People seems to have an issue with sizing, but these pants are designed to fit and look like they are: super relaxed. Also the texture of the fabric is sturdy and of good quality. They can be worn in all seasons, even winter, if you are not going to spend a lot of time outside.
