The material and structure of the body was really nice. I have long arms and sleeves were still too long. There was gapping between all the buttons, even when I sized up.

gap.comThis is a beautiful sweater, however a size medium fits like a small or extra small. Honestly I will have to order a size XL if I want it to fit my solidly medium body. Unfortunately I had to return this item. Also, I should note that it arrived covered in lint and what looked to be dog or cat hair, and the tissue paper and label were already torn open - someone else must have also ordered and returned this sweater before me, and no one in the return center bothered to clean it up before sending it out to me! Disappointing.

Ordered Dusty Rose Pink in XS when this was on sale. The sleeve length and subtle flare is perfect and can be easily dressed up or down. For reference, I am 5'4" 125lb, 27" waist, 37" hips and I bought XS as it was the only option on sale. A size up would have been a better fit - XS is snug and pulls across the buttons. However, the material is so nice that I'm willing to overlook the size - Banana Republic please give us more natural fiber options like this!!
