Because I'm busty this dress formed a tent shape, so I returned it. Other than that it was really nice. Has pockets and material is light so you can stay cool. I'm 5'4" and the regular small was not too short. I'm sad it didn't work for me but I think it would look good on someone with a smaller che...st who wants a mini dress.
Unfortunately, I cannot get over the presentation. I hate it when an item ships from a store. Stores used to disclose this when ordering online; they used to have a note that said "this item ships from a store." I can't remember when they stopped doing that. Gap is pretty bad about doing it too,... but usually the items I receive from Gap that are shipped from a store are sale items late in the season. This dress is new. It is so obvious when it ships from a store. The dress was not folded like a garment - it was oddly in a large-ish square wrapped in what looked like used tissue paper - one sheet of very crinkled tissue. So, of course the dress was a wrinkled mess. This was a new, full price item - I wouldn't have walked out of a store with it put in a bag like this?? I don't know if my impression of this dress wold be different had it arrived in better shape. The dress runs large, and the material is thin and looks dingy. This has happened enough that I can say with confidence, store staff do not care about items they are packaging to fulfill online orders.

It's very swingy! I am a large in all banana/gap/athleta and I think they only had this left in an XL. I bought it for fun beach vacations -- and it is super cute. But it's far too huge for regular wear. My bad for buying a larger size, but it is so sweet for what it is.

This definitely a summer dress! You can redress it to manage for fall with a long sleeve button down collar short inside but it's too short for anything but play. I got it on clearance and I'll wear it next year in the warmest months. Love me a swing dress.

Super cute dress, but the arm hole went a little too low which shows your bra. I am 5'7", 130 pounds and ordered a small. I had to return it because of the arm holes. Would be precious maternity dress!
