Ok so I usually buy a shirt bigger (usually XL slim fit or tailored fit) and get it tailored (polo, Barbour, etc.). Bought a large in this and after cool water wash and low dry it fits great. I wear these all the time and love them. Great utility and Banana Republic is my favourite choice for Oxfords. The beige fit is slightly larger than my others, but not enough to consider it a size up. Still happy as usual.
