This dress is gorgeous. It runs true to size but it is very long esp if you're petite. I'm 5'2" and I'll have to get it hemmed. It's a column silhouette with a nice waist but because of the linen it's not super form fitting which I love because it disguises my C section pooch perfectly. The olive gr...een is a stunning color. It also has pockets! Not just front but also two flat back pockets like you'd see on pants! Amazing. The scoop neck is perfect and not too low or too high up. I'm a usual size L and this L fits well too. Armholes are also a generous size without being too big in case you're top heavy. All in all, this is a 10/10 dress and I highly recommend it!
Banana Republic is asking me to leave a review. So here it is. Ordered June 23rd. Banana Republic didn't even bother to ship until July 1. This was after I called customer service and they insisted the package was with my local post office. Not true. I live in Pennsylvania. The package was in Calif...ornia. It's supposed to arrive July 7th. Hopefully they don't leave the sensor on like they did on my last order. Service has really gone downhill.

I am only 5'7" and I ordered a small, which fits, BUT - it was like it the dress was made for a shorter person. The rear pockets are placed really high - like the top of the pocket was at my natural waistline (belly button level) which just looked bizarre. And the side slits are quite high - at my fingertips with my arms hanging down. Neither of these issues look as pronounced on the models, so I have to believe that they are shorter than me. It's going back.

Very elegant dress. Lightweight linen fabric. Love the pockets. Originally ordered a medium but exchanged it for a small as I found the dress slightly big for my frame. I am 5 feet 10 inches with a slim frame.

Beautiful elegant dress. Simple lines and nice fabric drape. However this company needs to find a solution for purchasing merchandise from stores . I had major issues sourcing out the correct size even though the correct item and size were available in a store outside my province

The dress is beautiful. Substantial weight and drapes well. I'm 5'6", 118 lbs and XS is perfect. However, I bought the blue print and feel like I'm wearing a tablecloth. Am going to exchange for a solid colour.
