I hemmed and hawed about this because it's pricey for me even on sale, so here are some fit details in case it helps anyone. 1. I have a vintage BR silk dress kind of like this in a size 4 that fits well, but sized up to a 6 based on the reviews. I suggest it- the 4 would have fit my waist and hips ...accurately but the thinness of the material, even with lining, suggests sizing up for drape imo. (26 waist 38 hip, for reference.) For example, whenI tried it on I thought the stitching was funny because I could see a bump under the dress, but it was the little satin loop to hang it on a hanger showing through under the dress. It's not low quality silk per se, but it is very thin, even compared to the vintage one (no surprise I guess). 2. The chest area is large. I'm a 32F/ 30G or H, and it is too big on me. If you're busty you'll have room. If you're busty and short (like me), because of the length from collarbone to ribs in the design you might even have some gapping vertically. I'm picky about dresses and I don't hate this one so I'm willing to get it altered. 3. I'm 5'2" and it touches the ground on me with 3" heels. The back bit that attaches to the neckline also bunches up because it is too long for my height. 4. Overall, this appears to be intended for someone about 5'6" or taller with a larger chest. I like it enough to alter it. But consider that if you're ordering final sale.
Beautiful fabric and draping. The top half was just strange for petite. It has a huge gap up top in the keyhole and would have needed a lot of alterations

I got the pink and the fit and length is great. The material is nice, a bit lighter than I expected ( I thought it would have some weight to it like some of the other dresses I purchased recently) but still nice. Great for summer.

It drapes nicely, has a soft hand, and gives a polished, refined look. Size is accurate. I typically wear a pant size 10-12; I ordered a size 12 in the dress and it fits perfectly. I'm 5'5 and it hits just slightly below my ankles.

Great quality, amazing color, fits well on body but not in breast area. I didn't have small size breast... It's 38 but for this dress you have to be much more bigger

Much cuter than the picture! Love everything about this except the straps that tie around your neck. They are weirdly tubular and thick so they hang strangely when you tie it in a bow. Would have been better if it was just the same simple material.
