Honestly, I bought this with my eyes because the colour is so gorgeous, so it was a plus to find that the material felt so good and soft when it arrived (cotton!) I love the way it looks on me, I'm 5'1" with a larger frame and a lot of sweaters tend to either eat my frame up or make me look like I h...ave nonexistent legs. This one makes me feel 10 out of 10, and yes I also feel very bonita. Hoping to get the other colours of this silhouette very soon!
I purchased the pink stripe which I thought was white and pink but the white is actually pale blue. Didn't love it. It was also really unattractively oversized. The neck was huge and shoulders were very low. Body was huge and I was swimming in it. I'm 5'3", 125#. I ordered an XS. I didn't think it w...as an attractive fit at all. The fabric was really nice though and the pink was lovely. I could have gotten on board with the blue but the fit was just too "homeless" vs. homey for me to keep.

One of my favorite things about Banana Republic is that most of their products are natural fibers. I like wool, but if you're looking for a cozy winter sweater that's not itchy, this is the one. I love it so much, I bought it in two colors. It's oversized, but the sizing is pretty forgiving. I'm normally a medium in most fitted clothing, but being short (5'0"), I tend to size down in oversized things. I bought this in an XS and a medium, simply based on what was available after sell-through in the colors I wanted, and I'm super happy with both. If you're on the fence, I say go for it.

I absolutely love this sweater—it's my favorite right now. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, and it keeps the perfect temperature: warm without feeling too hot. #Sweepstakes: This sweater is very well made, heavy and gorgeous. It has the perfect warmth without needing to wear anything under it. The cotton is nice and soft. I am a size medium but sometimes size up for length or to fit my muscular shoulders. I bought 3 of these sweaters, some in size medium and 1 in large, they all look good. Don't be afraid to side up or down- they all look great! These sweaters look so cute with corduroy pants!

Package lost. Ordered it on December 26th and still haven't received it. Talked to the customer service and they just cancelled the order when I wanted the item and detailed update of the package. They just told me to reorder it and will match the price(I ordered mine when it was on sale). But I can't even order it anymore since it's sold out. Called the carrier but they said it's not on them. BR's shipping system is so irresponsible and no reimbursement? I've been waiting this package for three weeks. Like c'mon.

Smelled like someone wore it. Looked at the tag and it appeared a sticker was removed. Plan on a return. Shame because the sweater, even though it looks shrunken, is a nice looking piece.

feels soft, thick, good quality. the thread holes are a little wide, so you definitely need to wear a shirt under it.
