Awkward on a petite

As a short/petite woman (5'0"), I found this sat awkwardly on my body. The extra cloth scrunched up quite a bit and the top did not stay up. Unfortunately will be returning.

Not a bad top. It washes easy, dark blue is a versable color for me. The only thing is it slides down, so I have to return it to place.
