Disappointed with how Banana Republic handled their item arriving damaged. I sent pictures of the bag ripped and the hole in the sweater as soon as it arrived. They do not have an option to order a replacement for their damaged item. They pretty much told me too bad, you need to return it before we do anything about it. Meanwhile, they can't guarantee the same sweater, size and color will be in stock, and at the sale price I ordered when the return is complete. Now, I have to figure out when I can drive an hour to return their damaged item, hope it's still in stock and on sale. I expected more from this company. They put it on the customer to fix the issue.

Nice and thick, perfectly oversized. The blue-brown colourblocking is fun. My only complaint is the arms are a tiny bit short - I could have sized down, but the arms weren't long enough in the smaller size.
Absolutely love the look and feel of this sweater. The color is gorgeous. The weight is perfection. BUT it pilled on the sleeves and front during the first few hours of wearing it. I was beyond disappointed. BR quality at its lowest.

Also, generally LOVE the merino cotton sweaters this season. I've purchased 6 (3 different styles) and couldn't be more pleased. I find them more comfortable and durable than the cashmere. I don't seem to overheat or get itchy in them like I do in the cashmere. I find the cashmere pill significantly more and seem to thin out.
