I completely agree with the other review, there’s the most odd 6 inch band of black stretchy fabric along the top of the skirt. the print is beautiful, but that band completely ruined the skirt in my opinion.

The skirt has a thick 6 inch black cotton fabric band at the top. It looks like a maternity skirt. I’m so confused, otherwise it’s beautiful fabric, but the band feels so unnecessary.
