The skirt fits true to size and flows well. The issue for me is that the fashionable and trendy satin/silk is hidden by a top layer that hides it completely except the bottom inch. I considered butting the top layer off because the hidden layer is the beautiful rich cream skirt. I ordered the black too and same issue. The waist elastic is very thin I'll return.
