I purchased these in white in the store. They are very nice pants made from a crisp poplin. They are excellent quality. Size small fit me well (I usually wear a 6-8 in pants). Description says unlined but the white pair I purchased were lined with a light weight cotton down to where the cut work sta...rts. The leg is very wide, maybe a little too wide as the stiff-ish fabric holds the wide shape. After some thought, I decided that I didn't really need them as I have a similar color already, so I returned them. But they are very good quality and very well made.
I originally ordered the Ivory which looks close to white online. When I received them, I was surprised that they definitely had a yellow cast to them and do not look like the color online. I did like them on but just didn't know what to wear on top colorwise. I decided to return and order the brown.... When the brown arrived they looked almost black in the plastic bag. I love browns but these are just too dark and not really a nice shade of brown. For the person who said they make noise - yes of course - they are poplin - a crisp cotton fabric. Wish they would have worked.

Gorgeous, nice thick cotton poplin with lovely special detail. Feels well made. Dark brown colour. I'd say fits tts if not a little smaller at the waist but elastic is comfortable. Length is nice and cropped but not too short for me at 5'6

I wanted to love these pants so much. They were an instant buy when they came out. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. First off, the cream color is more light khaki or ecru. I wouldn't call them white. Second, the rise is SO HIGH. I'm 5'6", relatively long torso, and these came up to my bra line. Third, the fabric is definitely stiff so they don't flow when you walk, and the hip area was super tight on me (and I'm not that curvy either). Maybe these would work if they were made out of linen, but as is, they're going back. :(
