Well I Thought I would be in love with this skirt but we just didn't hit it off, my go to is long maxi skirts year round. I am 5 feet tall, size 14/16, with large hips and a smaller waist. I purchased the white in a Large petite. The length of this skirt was perfect and the slits on the side were nicely placed only showing the occasional glimpse of my calves as I walked. The linen was disappointing compared to previous years, being a bit thin and see through and the line around the lower hips caused the upper part of the skirt to look bulky and make me look heavier than I am. It did not give me that beautiful Spanish look I was hoping for. This may look very nice on a more slim figure who is looking to add width at the hips.

This skirt is super feminine and perfect for summer. The biggest draw back though is the fact that it is unlined, which makes it very revealing in the sun. I like it alot so will try to get an underskirt slip to see if/how it helps.
