I'm not typically a fan of purple, but this dress is so much prettier in person. The colors are rich and saturated and I really like the stripes. I'm very petite - 5ft tall, so the PXS was a great fit and perfect length. I'm full busted, so I need to wear a relaxed bra because the top part is a little snug, otherwise I'm loving this easy, flowy summer dress.

This dress is a perfect transition from work to dinner out; or just a morning at the Farmer's Market and catching up with friends for brunch and coffee. It does run a bit big so I could have gone with a medium, but it is not too big that I feel swallowed up in it.

I absolutely love this purple striped fabric and the fall transition color palette, so the 2 stars are for the beautiful cotton poplin. Otherwise, this dress was not on a level with other BR dresses from this season. It's cut like a nightgown your grandmother might wear, and instead of a proper 3-4" hem so the dress lays properly, it has a 1/2" hem that looks ridiculous. The hem looks like they ran out of fabric at the end and opted for cost savings. Additionally, the main piece of fabric that is gathered at the neck is less than it should be, so instead of flowing gracefully, it looks weirdly not as full as it should. The dress is also short (I'm 5'5") and was only a couple of inches past my knees. If you love the striped fabric, the skirt is much better constructed, with thoughtful details and a proper hem for the same price.

This dress is definitely prettier in person. The colors are dark and rich. While I'm not much of a purple lover, the colors of this dress are really saturated and lovely. The pockets are also great! Petite length is awesome too.
