Shoots out like a circus tent

Lovely material, great weight. I loved the top of this blouse, the sleeves and the neckline are stunning! Sadly I will be returning because it is bizarrely flowy and shoots out like a circus tent. I bought the medium, which is ~21" pit to pit and 30" at the hem. I cannot pull this off.

A little bit different but in a very nice way! I am 5'7" 145 lbs and bought a medium . You could probably get away with a small but I embraced the flowingness of the top and glad that I did.
