Jeans should be comfortable and not a pain to get on and off. The workings of the buttons on these is just too much trouble. The waist also gaped on me, though I am a curvy bottom gal. If they fit you well go for it because other than these issues for me they are good quality jeans. I purchased 29p because reviews said they run small usually I am a 27Reg or 28P in BR jeans. The fit was right other than the waist but for average builds the sizing of the waist will be better.

I was just about to purchase two pairs of the 27 and I noticed that the legs were straight, not tapered! Bring back the great slim jeans that you made two years ago PLEASE!!!

These jeans look very nice and well made. For reference I am size 27 regular in all my banana republic pants and jeans, and my body is curvy. When I went to try these on they wouldn't go up my hips at all, they where about 2 sizes too small, plus the fly is not a zipper, and the leg part looks wider than slim, more like a regular straight leg. I would have exchanged them for a larger size, but I was looking for a slimmer leg. Not that I don't like wider leg pants, but I also miss the slimmer polished look.

Excellent value: very current styling and wash. I have been buying jeans in the $250-500 range, and these deliver just as much style, quality, comfort. Best to spend on shoes. Denim is denim.

I wanted a slim pair of jeans for casual weekend wear. However, these jeans are button fly closure and not the zip fly as described. I am a solid 25 petite, and these jeans are tight. I would size up for a better fit, however I am returning as I am not a fan of button fly jeans.
