Comments about Linen Harrington Jacket

This is a great linen jacket, and I am very happy with this purchase. It perfectly pairs a classic Harrington silhouette with a modern cut and thoughtful details, like the interior pocket and back ventilation panel. The fit is also excellent--the sleeves are the proper length, there is plenty of room in the chest, and the tapered waist creates a sharp, sleek look.

I ordered this jacket in an XS since I often shop from the men's department and typically find that an XS or S gives me the oversized, slouchy look I prefer. I was especially drawn to the fact that it's made from 100% linen, which seemed perfect for spring and summer - a lighter alternative to a denim jacket without the added weight. Unfortunately, the fit didn't work for me. The sleeves were too long, and while I liked the oversized shoulders, the elasticated hem at the waist felt quite tight. As a result, the jacket wasn't comfortable when zipped up. Also wasn't a fan of the double zipper hardware - it jingled quite a bit when moving around, and I found the constant sound a little annoying. Overall, I loved the concept and fabric, but the fit issues made it a miss for me.
