5' 10" 34dd 28.5 waist, broad shoulders and I bought the 6T. If your chest is bell shaped, fuller at the bottom than the top, this may not work for you. The sleeves are shorter than my other BR 6T blouses. I would say it fits more like a 4T.
This is an adorable top, but I want to warn the buxom girls. I normally wear a size 4 petite. I can't even get the buttons close around my chest. I'd have to size up to an 8 and have it tailored. For you smaller chested ladies, go for it. It's cute, just not for tiny girls with large chests.
