To restore your jewelry piece's original shine, start by cleaning with a soft cloth. You can also polish using a mixture of equal parts lemon juice and vinegar, combined with enough baking soda to form a paste. An alternate cleaning option is to use opaque toothpaste and a soft toothbrush.
