This is a knitted sweater with dropped stitches -- not a crocheted sweater. I do both and I can tell the difference. Anyway, cute top, and airy for summer.

Cute top for summer that can worn in the office or out and about.

First off, I'm not a crochet girl and would never have purchased this online, but in the store it caught my eye! Sometimes you just have to see and feel it. It has a nice weight and an airy open weave that's perfect for summer. No tank is necessary with a nude bra. I love it with the ivory stripe linen pants!

What surprised me most when I opened the package was how thick and high-quality the weaving and material of this crochet sweater vest was compared to my expectations. It's very comfortable to wear with just a bra underneath; I think in some ways the coverage of this vest is more fun than the see-through linen sweater tanks because of the peekaboo nature of the crocheting, but that's just my preference. Definitely going to be careful washing it because I could see it shrinking in even medium heat in a dryer.
