I took a gamble on these and I'm so glad I did. I live in search of items that can go into my holiday suitcase that don't take up a lot of space and can look pulled together. Definitely order a size down (I'd usually be a medium but the small fits generously) and switch out the rope for a narrow belt and a snappy pair of flat sandals and you're good to go to dinner on a nice terrace. The cotton fabric is light and has a really nice sheen, and overall these read as a pair of palazzo pants. The clearance price on these is insane for the style and quality of fabrication.

5'1/107lb bought xxs & xs. Both didn't work. Xxs waist was better but too short even for me. Xs Waist was too big with nothing to hold it up but a drawstring cord. The color will look great on some, on me I couldn't pull the style off without looking like nursing scrubs. Fabric lightweight and great for summer. But no. I have a short torso and the paperbag (ish) Waist fabric was not flattering. One color available? Must be a one off style that an intern designed. I hope it works for you! #sweepstakes

Definitely size down and then I think these pants are great. Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think it's weird there's no zipper, button or elastic to hold these up. The only way to keep these up is pulling the drawstring tight.

I'm 4'11 and 105lbs. I got XS Petite and these were comically big, felt and looked like and 3X Regular. Shame, they are v pretty.
