Hello, I originally bought XS (regular) in the natural color. Great fit. Then I bought same size XS (regular) in the brownstone mauve. I tried them on and they were shorter - 1-2 inches in length/inseam so I returned them and bought another pair online. They just arrived and the same deal. Why would... the lengths be different if they are the exact same size, just a different color? I had considered ordering tall, but the inseam is 30". I am 5.5" tall and tall would be too long on me. I'm disappointed as I want the brownstone mauve color, but they are too short.
I would love to meet the brilliant mind on the Banana design team who thought it was a good idea to line these pink paisley linen pants with this heavy muslin. They have obviously never spent a June, July, or August anywhere in this country below the state of Connecticut. You most certainly could no...t wear these pants as is in New Orleans, Savannah or Charleston, you would be totally sweltering. Right out of the bag, the pants are heavy, way heavier than the other linen pairs. The lining also affects the fit and sizing of this color. I ordered the same size as the black and chambray pairs I ordered recently that fit well, and could not even get this pair up my legs to try on. I ordered the next size up and they're tight. I can't understand for the life of me why this pattern/color is lined though. The pattern is busy enough and the colors bold enough that they're not see through. If someone is really worried about it, tons of retailers make skin tone undergarments. Why on earth would you ruin this beautiful pattern with a ridiculous lining and not line the colors that ARE see through? You know, like white. I have a pair from last year that are a soft butter yellow and they're not lined and you can absolutely see through those bad boys. If I didn't love the print and colors so much, these would already be in the UPS Dropbox. If I keep them, I will be utilizing my scissors and cutting this ridiculous muslin out.

It's great that these pants are available in petite sizes. I'm 5' and the petite length hits at my ankle. The color is a muted yellow and goes well with many tops I own. I had purchased two pair of these same pants in Small petite on Poshmark and wore them on a Mediterranean cruise. It was hot and the linen was comfortable. They do stretch out with wear so I purchased an XSP here and plan to buy more in different colors. They are flattering on.

I ordered these linen pants as well as the Everyday Wide Leg Pant in Linen. Both were the natural color. The XS Straight-Leg pant fit better. The wide leg was just too wide for my frame even though those were more professional-looking. Still, the drawstring look has been fine at my job. I'm 5' 7" and the regular length works well for ballet flats. I machine washed these gentle and line-dried them. They're not overly transparent; you can still see the pockets from the outside. #sweepstakes

The are so cute and well made. I love the organic linen. These are definitely worth the price
