Been shopping around for a denim skirt for a while now, and nothing seemed to fit the bill. Almost splurged on one for $350 because nothing else seemed quite right. Stumbled upon this one on sale and it's perfect! Love the cut and color, and it's very flattering. 135 lbs, 5'4", athletic build. I'm a...lmost always a size 4 in pants, but usually size down to a 2 for skirts. Went with the size 4 in this and it fits great!
I've been looking at this online and debating about what size to order with all of the previous review comments. I am 5'8" and 125 lbs. I have a slender straight build with my torso/leg proportion if about 40/60. I am a solid size 4(27) in pants. This skirt does run true to size…if your body type is... slender and straight. The skirt does sit higher on the waist and there is no stretch to the fabric. If you are very curvy or carry weight in your abdominal area this skirt probably won't have a flattering fit or be comfortable. I actually didn't end up getting the skirt because I found the length, which ended in my mid-shin area to be unflattering and dowdy. I might consider ordering it in a 4 petit, but I'll have to double check the difference in length first. If this ended a little past the knee it might give it more a of a relaxed cute 70's denim skirt vibe…but otherwise it's a pass for me.

gap.comI found this in store, I'm 5'1, I got the regular sizing, the skirt hits just above my ankle. I prefer that length. I'm usually a size 25 in BR, denim, I got a size 2, it fits well but does run a little small. I will have to stretch out the waist a little bit. I feel like this looks better in person, and love the large pockets.

I have always loved everything from this clothing brand as I am able to find beautiful pieces at a size 10. I'm 5'6 and a size 10, (150lbs) so I ordered a size 10. It felt like putting on a size 2. I can't even zip it up the back. I love the look but I can't wear it in public unless I lose 25 pounds???

Really cute style and the fit is great, but the denim is softer and more lightweight than I expected — it wrinkles easily and needs a steam before each wear to look polished. Wish it had a bit more structure to it.

The color was beautiful, and finding a matching the top was an added bonus.

Tried it at the store. Material, color and front pockets caught my eye. Had to size up to 8 and still got an unflattering snug fit. I'm a pear shaped 140lbs and usually wear a size 4. Back looked very flat and could have used pockets.

I really liked this skirt; it looks nice and is well made with good quality material, except for the delicate zipper, which is not appropriate for denim. The sizing is way off. I ordered my usual 00 petite ( I weigh 90 lbs.) but forgot to read the reviews. I couldn't even get it on. I'm returning the 00P and reordered a size 2P, after reading the reviews. Hoping for the best.

Gorgeous skirt! So soft and comfortable, but with enough structure to give a tailored, polished look. Easy to dress up or down for many occasions. Fits on the smaller side as there is no stretch to denim.
