I bought this dress in white for my PhD graduation and could not be happier. It fits so well. I love the classic shape and the cinches on the sides to enhance the waist. I'm 5'7, 145lb, and purchased a small.

I know it says relaxed fit, but I took my usual size and the bodice is HUGE on me. Too low in the neckline, and too much fabric/space under the arms. Skirt is long and full which I like, but I bought it on final sale and it's unwearably huge on me.

Beautiful dress better in person. Fabric on the heavy side and lots of it but drapes nicely. Love the shoulder pleats. I am usually XS or S. Both worked but kept the XS because of fabric volume. I will use a raffia belt rather than ties.
