The shape of this dress is forgiving for my stomach, L/ 14 size. The arm holes are slightly large for my bust area. However, this dress (striped one) is so stylist and effortlessly chic. I got at least 10 such compliments the first time I wore it. Other colors are great also, but the striped one gives me vintage vibes. I typically shy away from linen b/c I don't like the wrinkles and the slight stretching. I have not washed it and may have different feelings after I wash it. For now, I recommend the dress.

Love! I'm 200 lbs and 5'10" and the XL fit like a glove, but with the perfect amount of room. It's a slip on dress so I was lucky. Has structure, with the right amount of room for comfort. Def recommend.

I bought this dress in the striped pattern and it is STUNNING. Truly a unique, gorgeous dress. I'm 5'4", weight 118, and bought a size XS (petite was sold out so I had to get regular length). It fits beautifully, but in my opinion, is a little bit of a deeper v neck than I prefer to wear (does not show my bra, I just like a little less v neck at my age) so I'm going to have the straps taken in at the shoulder a little. I have very narrow shoulders, so this might be factoring in as well. It's an easy fix and I will get it done quickly so I can wear it ASAP. I had no trouble getting the dress on or off (other reviews mentioned this) and it's super comfortable and flattering! I am so glad I bought this!

Buyer beware! I placed a large order from Banana Republic with items in multiple sizes and 7 items (nearly 900 dollars) of merchandise was missing from my order. The packaged that arrived was small so it was very clear the missing items never left the warehouse and were never included in the package. My missing items claim was denied within 60 second by an automated computer process and I am out 900 dollars. Now I have to file appeals and try to work with my bank and a third-party service to recoup my money. I will never shop here again.
