I am 5'6", 36A bust, 29"waist, 40" hips, 135lbs. I am usually a Small, but XS was the best size for me with this design + cut. The material has a nice weight to it, and the STRAPS ARE ADJUSTABLE - hence why sizing down one size is helpful due to *my* specific measurements proportion (bust vs hips, ...so I was not sure between XS and S).Highly recommend, plus pockets - what's not to love?
I have always been a size small tops/dresses in BR. I Read the reviews, size down to extra small. Tried it on, I would have to go to an extra extra small. I am very confused with BR sizing recently-Mostly in tops and dresses. Thankfully my size 4 pant hasn't changed. The fabrics have changed & feel ...cheap, & I don't see myself buying any dresses, skirts or tops from BR in the future.

It's a beautiful dress, the material & cut feels expensive but the overall fit, especially at the top, is very large. I normally wear M to L when it comes to dresses, purchased both sizes and I had to return both. Now debating on re-purchasing a S & XS just to try but not sure if worth the hassle. My local store isn't carrying these.

Lovely linen maxi dress. Sized up for large cup size, but it still falls well. Love that BR still caters for petites. It's hard to find clothes otherwise for my 5' frame.
