The fabric is a bit heavy for a summer dress but is of good quality. Perhaps more of a spring-type dress vs. during the heat of the summer. It is quite roomy in both the body and the arms...I wish I had sized down but the great sale price trade off is that it does not allow returns or exchanges so I will work with the size small I ordered. For reference, I am 5'3" and 130 lbs, 34E bust....LOTS of room. A cute platform heel should help to make it look more stylish and a bit less tent-y.

SUPER cute and flattering dress, although it is quite roomy. I went with the XXS and I am glad I did. I am typically a 0-2 in mosts BR items. This is a great dress if you love to show off cycling legs!

I love the swing in the bottom of the dress.

I love the color and fabric weight (heavier) but it is VERY roomy. I am an XL or L tall depending on the brand/item. (5'11" 195lbs) I ordered a L tall and I feel like I could get away with a medium. I have not worn a medium since middle school! I am keeping it because I like it so much and I know it will lose a little size in the wash but if you don't like billowy...order down!
