After what felt like a brief (and mildly traumatic) departure from true Tall sizing, the 35" inseam has RETURNED to Banana Republic — and I could not be more thrilled. At 6'2", I don't ask for much. Just pants that don't look like I'm expecting a flood. For a while there, the inseams were creeping u...p and my ankles were making guest appearances they did not consent to. But now? Balance has been restored. These fit like an absolute dream. The waist is spot-on, the fabric texture is fantastic, and the length is gloriously, unapologetically long. Finally — pants that reach my shoes without negotiation. I loved them so much I bought every color available. If there were more shades, I'd own those too. Consider this both a thank you and a gentle encouragement to never, ever take the 35" inseam away again. Signed, A very happy tall person whose ankles are once again fully covered.
I was so excited to buy these. I thought I'd found a replacement for the BR puddle jeans, that seem to no longer be sold. Boy, was I disappointed! These are very large at the bottom. A good 4" more than your original puddle jeans. In my excitement I purchased all three colors. I am keeping the ecru ...because I can live with them. They fit better than the other two pair. A little large but they'd do. They all seem to run a bit large so buyer beware. You might want to size down…it's borderline at the waist. A bit loose. I think I'd size down an inch. The rest of the pant is much larger. I'm returning the denim because they have a "cheap" denim look. I washed the ecru pair and I would warn that they came out looking kind of like the old painters pants we used to wear…very wrinkly. You might get away with the wrinkles in darker denim but I will certsi have tiron these. Something I rarely do with my jeans when hung up immediately. Banana Republic, bring back your puddle jeans pleeeeze!!!

I love the fit and drama of these very wide leg jeans — so much so that I have them in two different washes and get compliments every time I wear them. They are true to size and long enough in the regular length (with flats) even though I'm 5' 10". Be aware that the fabrication is different for the different washes. And the dark wash has significant dye transfer. My hands turned blue just from touching them. #sweepstakes

I am loving my new palazzo jeans in the medium wash - though they feel more on the grey/blue side to me in person. I sized down to 27 (from my normal 28) - I am 5'8" around 140. My body type is a smaller waist and fuller in the bum/thigh area and these jeans are truly the perfect cut for me. The length was perfect for me in the regular inseam. Usually I have to get a long. These are just beautifully constructed and substantial in the material. I can't stop wearing them - they look incredibly chic and so flattering on the body!

Heavy material as it's denim. Nice ecru colour. If you like a very wide leg, these are for you. Unfortunately for me, the heavy material and wide leg were not practical for my daily wear in my capsule wardrobe. Giving it 3 stars: One for color, one for quality and one for good fit on the waist.

I wasn't sure these would work with the super wide leg but the drape is so nice it doesn't add weight. At 5'5" I'll wear 2" heels with these (unless they shrink in the wash). I prefer to wear heels with wide leg pants for a slimmer look overall. I purchased white which is dressy but also causal with the flecks in the fabric. I'll wear these to the winery but not the farmers market. Great for work with a BR peplum top! 28"waist, 37"hip and 26 fits nicely without being tight. If they don't stretch out they'll be perfect. I could probably wear 25 also.
