These are definitely a rebranded pair like another reviewer caught (still had the baggy low rise tag on them lol), and are definitely actually high rise. But I caught the rise height in the product description and that is why I bought them. These work great for me as somebody with a relatively smaller waist and wide hips, these are not tight on my hips/thighs for once. Slightly loose in the waist for me but worth it for a more comfortable but still polished silhouette. I guess you could wear them as a lower rise with a drop crotch if that suits your fancy. I also sized down one from my usual BR denim size (to a 28) in these.

These were nice, BUT there is limited structure in these pants. Looking for a stiffer fit- try the high rise wide leg- way better support and fit

These are the best baggy jeans I have ever owned. They have a good white to them, but with the linen blended in with the cotton, they're definitely cooler I live in the deep south and have to walk my dog twice a day and I'm enjoying them thankfully they have petite so I can throw on my kicks and I'm fine styling and profiling 😉

Great summer weight jean. Jeans run a little looser (bigger) than the other ones I have in the same style (really comfortable!) Love the button fly and color. 5'4' 114 lbs. size 26.

These jeans are super comfy, soft and fit so well that I'm ordering more colors. The only thing for us tall ladies is that they arent long enough to wear with a heel over an inch high. I'm willing to compromise my shoes given how fantastic these are! ;)

Definitely lightweight and super comfortable. But even for my long torso this is a true high rise. It should not be advertised as mid rise. BR needs to correct this and also make more midrise options. I bought my normal size and it does not sit at mid rise but stays at high rise. Just fyi. Nice material and color. Comfy but not mid rise

I ordered the gray ones but was sent gray in low rise relaxed fit. I assume it was a mistake, and they're not trying to trick me lol? Such a bummer because now these gray ones are sold out in my size. Been looking everywhere for light gray, high/mid-rise semi baggy jeans, but the low rise relaxed fit is just not the vibe I wanted. They look sloppy.

A 12 in rise is in no way shape or form a mid-rise. I am short-waisted and I think it's been 10 years since I could buy an actual pant with an actual waistband. Please please please can we see some actual mid-rise pants and jeans again?
