gap.comGreat size and bag construction, but the handles are poorly made. Comes with 2 straps affixed to each side with a peg system, one black and one beige. Within one week of casual use, the black strap popped off the bag rendering the black strap useless. The beige strap has buckled - it appears as though cardboard has been used for the handle structure so has "folds" on the underside where it is buckling attractively. Very disappointing handle construction!
