This dress is stunning but not over the top. It is very simple in design but the way it drapes over the body, there's something sensual about it. Sexy in a minimalistic way. I wore it for my birthday photo shoot and it turned out BEAUTIFULLY. The matte jersey fabric is substantial, kind of heavy...weight. The fit is true to size. For reference, I'm a size 12/L in dresses. I ordered this one in Large and it fit great.
I bought this dress in store. Tried it and loved it for an event I had a couple days later. I wore the dress and it was great…. At first…. As the night when on the dressed STRETCHED about 1 whole size. It lost its shape or did not hug my body anymore and it made me look very BIG. I would say If you ...do decide to purchase size down - so it can hold its shape and it's not money wasted for a almost $200 dress you cannot rewear or return.

The color leans to browner side, not burgandy. The fit is TTS but a bit awkward to put on. Undergarments show so you need to figure out what is most seamless. This is very body revealing so any lumps and bumps will show. This is a nice dress for the flawless

Fabric is heavyweight and drapes well. At the base of the cutout in the back, there's a strip of silicone to ensure fabric lays flush to skin. I ordered a medium and there's a gap at that cutout because I have a small chest, meaning I will likely tailor dress to pinch in at the cutout only. Having said that, location of cutout is located at upper back, which is flattering on many. Length of dress is just below ankles, and I am 5'6. #sweepstakes

I haven't worn this yet but I'm saving it for a formal work event where I want to look classy and elegant. It does show some skin at the back but I have long hair so you don't even notice. The material is a thicker jersey so your lumps and bumps don't show as much. The ruching helps too!
