The woven mules are as pictured however, the sizing is questionable for women shoes, perhaps sized for men?? No other way to describe other than HUGE and when I returned to Banana Republic via UPS, my return was returned with Banana Republic stating they do not carry merchandise by the vendor. However, the contents description is clearly on the side of the box, obviously, it was too much of a bother to actually open the box to confirm the correct item was being returned. Hope this was a one off and no one else has to go through what I am currently experiencing in trying to get a refund

these shoes are HUGH. i wear size 8 and they were like two sizes too big. A previous reviewer said that these shoes ran small ... dont believe him at all.
