I was so excited to find this sweater in such a lovely soft color palette, and when I finally received it and opened the bag, it was pilling all over. I was not sent a new item in the sealed, clear plastic bag inside the BR shipping bag. No, my sweater appears to have been sent by a store as it was wrapped in tissue paper inside the BR bag. It looks like it may have been a return to the store or perhaps it was sitting out on display, constantly being handled and tried on by customers. It's full of pills - all over. I am so disappointed, but now I know that it will not wear well and I must return. Thankfully, I will receive a refund.

This is a beautiful sweater unfortunately when I cleaned it hand washed in clod water it shrunk and I have to throw it away.

This is one of my all time favorites. Beautiful, very cozy and comfy. I wish it would be offered in different colors, so I can get more of these! Love the collar too. It doesn't stay up, but that's because it is so soft and comfy. Just pull it up from time to time.

I really loved this sweater and wore it I once before washing. Had sweater dry cleaned, per directions on tag. Shrank from large to toddler size. No amount of soaking, stretching and drying flat could salvage it. BR store offered no help or credit, so almost $300 wasted.

This sweater is not only beautiful, but so soft and warm. I love the colors and it was so comfortable to wear ant work all day. Even better, I got it for 40% off. The merino wool and cashmere is a lovely combination and I have to admit, the ad campaign filmed in Ireland may have twisted my arm a little to make this purchase. Well done BR!

This is a unique looking sweater with the Fair Isle vibe - I love the colors. Fits as expected, soft fabric, very comfy

I got lots of compliments on this sweater already. The fabric is really soft on the skin. The sleeve cuff diameter is a little wide which I like the design of. My neck is shorter than the model here so the turtleneck needs to be folded in a little for me. I'm 5'7" 150lb and the M fit well.

The loft and texture of this sweater are luxurious. The knit is a bit tight and I worry about it shrinking. The sleeves are cut and sewn which makes for an awkward fit. At this price point I would have hoped for knitted raglan. The content is 20% cashmere and 80%woll
