Don't get me wrong, this is an absolutely beautiful sweater and I appreciate Banana making quality products again, but this is a little snug & short (obvious in the pics, I know). If you are in-between or are not petite and don't love form fitting clothes, I would size up on this one. I wish it were... at least two inches longer—that's probably my biggest gripe. A tad itchy as well as if you have sensitive skin, but nothing cami under can't mitigate. Now the positives, it's a beautiful sweater. The blue color is killer if you have blue eyes and/or lighter blonde hair. Perfect for an icy January look! I plan on pairing with flowy, wide leg silky cream-colored trousers for an elevated dinner look.
I loved this sweater when I first saw it and quickly ordered it. The light blue is a beautiful color. The cropped length is perfect, and the collar and buttons are a classy, casual style. When I first put it on, excited to see how it fit, it felt like pins and needles were pricking my skin. It is so... ridiculously itchy. I tried to convince myself it would be okay with a long-sleeved cami, but I came to my senses. It's going back. Come on, Banana Republic, where is the quality control?I So very disappointed. I gave two stars for the color and style of sweater.

Although pretty, the sweater is see through and so painfully itchy that it's not wearable. It will be returned. This style and color in a cashmere or cotton/silk blend would be better.

I bought the first blue in XL and and thought it was too heathery and a little dark. It did stretch out a bit (haven't washed it yet). But then I saw a photo of me and I really loved it. I bought another blue in L, wishing I could get the green which was out of stock. Now it's in stock and I just bought it. So this is the third one. It's very comfortable. It's not itchy on me. I have to wear a collared shirt for work and this is just the best. Looks great!.
